How to Make the Pizza Dough

Activate the Yeast
Mix warm water and sugar in a bowl. Sprinkle yeast over the top and let it sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.

  • Mix the Dry Ingredients
In a larger bowl, combine Multi-Purpose Flour and salt.

  • Combine Wet + Dry
Pour in the yeast mixture and olive oil. Mix until a rough dough forms.

  • Knead the Dough
Turn the dough onto a lightly floured counter. Knead for 6–8 minutes until smooth, soft, and stretchy.

  • Let It Rise
Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl. Cover and let rise for 45–60 minutes until doubled in size.

  • Shape the Pizza
Punch the dough down and shape into one large pizza or two smaller ones. Stretch from the center outward.

  • Top & Bake
Top with sauce, cheese, and your favourite toppings. Bake at 475°F (245°C) for 10–14 minutes, until golden and bubbly.

A Place Made for Local Folks

We hear the same thing from visitors all the time:
“This place has a peaceful and light atmosphere.”

Maybe it’s the smell of fresh flour. Maybe it’s the Dutch food. Maybe it’s the pace of the place. Whatever it is, people come back because it feels like home.
