Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for any purchases. This policy is in place to maintain the highest food safety and hygiene standards for our customers.

Non-returnable and Non-Refundable Products

As our flour is a consumable product, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once shipped. This ensures that every product we deliver is fresh, safe, and uncontaminated.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if there is a mistake in your shipment, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review your case and work with you to resolve the issue, whether by offering a replacement or other suitable solutions.
